First download Tally 9.ERP latest version software & install it. Education version software free to download & use. After fully installed, please launch the Tally 9.ERP software.

Use Down Array Key to highlight the "WORK IN EDUCATION MODE" & press ENTER key on this menu. After this select "SILVER EDITION MODE" & press ENTER. You notice screen like under mentioned picture. View It

Click on CREATE COMPANY menu & new screen open like under mentioned picture. View It 
Now you need to fill up new company creation form with information. It's use for education, so use some information as example. Don't use any company information. To go next menu, press "ENTER". To go previous menu, press "SHIFT+TAB"
Name :- Company name
Mailing Name :- Alies name (optional field) (can use same like name) & press ENTER
Address :- Put address as example
Statutory compliance for :- Choose COUNTRY (for quick search, press 1st letter of country name)
State :- Choose State (for quick search, press 1st letter of state name) & press ENTER
PIN Code :- put as example
Telephone No :- put as example
Mobile No :- put as example
Email :- put as example
Currency Symbol :- Type currency symbol i.e. Rs for India
Maintain :- Choose 1 option from 2 option. ACCOUNTS ONLY if no inventory record & ACCOUNTS WITH INVENTORY if both are recorded.
Financial Year from :- put year starting date like 1.4.2008
Books Beginning from :- use same date which is use for Financial Year
USE SECURITY CONTROL because its use for Education
USE basic Currency options
After give ENTER, ACCEPT YES or NO option show. Press "Y" to choose "YES"
After press "Y", all date are saved & you can see screes like under mentioned picture
Company successfully created.
